Pricing is per practice + city combination. A firm featuring in family law in both Sydney and Melbourne pays 2 × $149 = $298/mo. The founding rate is honoured for 24 months from sign-up.
Pre-qualified consumer enquiries routed by practice, suburb, and matter profile. You accept or decline each one — no obligation. Per-enquiry pricing varies with the typical value of a matter in that practice:

An accepted enquiry is one where you respond to the consumer within 48 hours indicating you’re willing to engage. Declined enquiries are not billed. Enquiries that fail to convert to engagement are not billed.
