Pricing is per practice + city combination. A firm featuring in family law in both Sydney and Melbourne pays 2 × $149 = $298/mo. The founding rate is honoured for 24 months from sign-up.
Pre-qualified consumer enquiries routed by practice, suburb, and matter profile. You accept or decline each one — no obligation. You pay only for enquiries that become engagements, at a rate set by the typical value of a matter in that practice:

You are billed once, and only once, an enquiry becomes a paying engagement. Nothing else is a billable event: declining an enquiry costs nothing, and neither does accepting one, meeting the client and not being retained.
Worked example. Ten family law enquiries are routed to you in a month. You decline four. You accept six and respond to each within 48 hours. Two retain you. You are billed 2 × $120 = $240. The other eight cost nothing.
Free. Always. Practising certificate verification carries no charge. Right of reply is free. The basic profile is permanent regardless of paid placement.
