Every review on Lawyer Reviews is matched against a confirmed engagement record before publication. To submit a review, you'll need:

Before your review goes live, the lawyer receives a 48-hour pre-publication notice. They can publish a single response, formally dispute the review, or take no action (auto-publish at end of window). All outcomes are public.
Email reviews@lawyerreviews.com.au with the subject line New review — [firm or lawyer name]. Attach your redacted invoice or engagement letter. We'll send you the identity-verification link and the review form. Most reviews go through in 3 business days; complex matters take up to 10.
If you'd like to submit anonymously: still email us — we hold your identity privately and publish under "Verified client" only.
Want to flag a problem with a lawyer instead of writing a review? Contact the relevant state Legal Services Commissioner. We don't replace formal complaint processes — we're an editorial publication.
