“I would like to leave a bad review for the above named lawyers.
The firm legal McDonald was helping me to removal / modify restrictive covenant at the end of 2024, took over 1 year only done 20%, and even did not go any hearing at the court. Wasted my money and time.
After I found another experienced lawyer team to redo it. And I have found these firm has not knowledge and have not related working experience, they lied to me about their service. Tiffany even got me a useless and expensive town planning report that did not apply the correct rule! And caused me loss of $5445, plus they legal fee of $6200.
Daniel McDonald lied to me about their experience and lack of supervision the inexperienced -Tiffany's work, the firm over billed my Tiffany's rate, I proof but did not refund to me!
Tiffany Monorom a property lawyer but very inexperience and not related knowledge, so she did not know what need to do for my case, and got me a useless report that is not suit for the supreme court. As rule applied differently. Costed my loss $5445, they even asked me another $6K to do the further work, and I'd found out the town planner has not experience writing the report for the supreme court. My 2nd lawyer team of town planning report only costed me $3800.00.
She work careless even wrongly typed my surname! - lots of documents have my full name on it for copy.
She did some works but meaningless! And not in the right order- step by step.”
